All maple syrup sold in Ontario is graded for colour. The grade depends greatly on harvest date, location, sun exposure, and temperature among other factors
- Golden, Delicate Taste
- Amber, Rich Taste
- Dark, Robust Taste
- Very Dark, Strong Taste
During the 2024 harvest we produced a small amount of golden at the beginning of the season, quite a bit of amber throughout the season and some dark closer to the end. We are currently sold out of golden and dark, but we have lots of delicious amber!
